TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions explain how CoachDD works, what you can expect from our service, and the responsibilities of players and coaches when using our platform. By using CoachDD or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms.

01 — ABOUT CoachDD

CoachDD is a service that helps connect players with sports coaches based on their preferences, needs, location, availability and coaching expectations. Our role is to facilitate introductions between players and coaches. CoachDD does not itself provide sports coaching services.

02 — USING CoachDD

By submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and up to date.

CoachDD may use the information you provide to identify and introduce you to suitable coaches. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a suitable coach will be available or that a connection will be made.

03 — COACHES

Coaches introduced through CoachDD are independent service providers and are responsible for the coaching services they provide. CoachDD does not guarantee the qualifications, experience, availability, suitability, performance or results of any coach. Players are responsible for making their own decision about whether a particular coach is suitable for them before beginning any coaching relationship. Coaches are responsible for providing accurate information about their experience, qualifications, services and availability.

04 — RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLAYERS AND COACHES

Once a player and coach are matched, CoachDD facilitates the booking and payment process. The coach remains responsible for delivering the agreed coaching service, while CoachDD manages the booking and payment between the player and coach.

05 — FEES & PAYMENTS

Submitting an enquiry through CoachDD is free of charge. No fee is charged to players for making an enquiry or being matched with a coach.

Coaches set their own coaching fees. The price of a coaching session or service will be communicated to the player before the booking is confirmed.

When a player chooses to book a coaching service through CoachDD, payment is made to CoachDD through our designated payment channel. The applicable price and booking conditions will be communicated to the player before the booking is confirmed.

06 — BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A booking is considered confirmed only once CoachDD has confirmed the booking and received the required payment.

CoachDD may provide the player with details of the booking, including the coach, date, time, location and agreed price.

07 — CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Player cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: The player will receive a full refund.

Player cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session: No refund will be provided.

Weather-related cancellations: If weather or other conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable for the coach and player to proceed with the session, CoachDD will first try to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. A refund will only be considered as a last option if rescheduling is not possible.

Coach cancellations: If a coach cancels a confirmed booking, CoachDD will first try to arrange an alternative coach or reschedule the session. A refund will be considered as a last option if an alternative arrangement cannot be made.

08 — SPORTS AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. CoachDD is a connection service and does not provide medical, physiotherapy, nutritional or other professional health advice. Players are responsible for considering their own health, fitness and circumstances before participating in any sporting activity. Where appropriate, players should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing a physical activity or training programme. CoachDD does not guarantee any particular sporting, fitness or performance outcome from working with a coach.

09 — APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

Players and coaches are expected to communicate and behave respectfully and appropriately.

CoachDD does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, inappropriate conduct or misuse of personal information.

We reserve the right to stop facilitating a connection or remove a user from CoachDD where we reasonably believe that their behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe or contrary to these Terms.

10 — COMPLAINTS AND SUPPORT

If you have a concern about CoachDD, a coach introduced through CoachDD, or your experience using our service, please contact us at:

Please provide as much relevant information as possible so that we can understand and investigate the issue.

We will review complaints and, where appropriate, communicate with the relevant parties to try to resolve the matter.

11 — CHANGE TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable requirements.

When we make significant changes, we will make the updated Terms available on our website and indicate the date they were last updated.

12 — PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
